Behavioral Ecologist – Human-Animal Conflict Specialist 

Mary Paglieri is the executive director and human-animal conflict specialist with the Little Blue Society. She is a practitioner of applied sciences, with over 17 years of experience working with diverse species, and communities to resolve conflicts, protect livelihoods, and promote species conservation. She designs behavioral strategies to naturally modify food conditioned, maladaptive wildlife behaviors that are problematic in the human landscape. She holds a Masters in Conservation Behavior from Prescott College, AZ., and an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Ecology. She is recognized as an early pioneer of nonlethal methodologies. She divides her time between North America and Kenya.
